African Mango tablets may be returned (1) in the case of trial product, within 30 days after cancelling your enrollment before the end of your Trial Period, to avoid further charges or (2) in the case of any order, for exchange due to shipping damage. Please follow these instructions when making product returns.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

For all returns: To return product to African Mango, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ('RMA') number by contacting the Customer Care Department at 1-866-928-4645 .

An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the Customer Care Department by phone or by visiting our website.

Please Note:

1. We cannot process or exchange Product marked 'Return to Sender.'

2. To ensure that your account is correctly noted, you must send back product returns to the address provided below along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.

3. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items be sent using some type of third party delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for all returns.

To Return Trial Product: To avoid further charges, your trial bottle must be returned, even if empty, within 30 days after you cancel your order during your Trial Period. Returned trial product must be sent to the following address:

For Exchange Due to Shipping Damage: For returns of damaged product, we will ship a replacement order out to you as soon as our warehouse receives your damaged product. Orders will be delivered via USPS. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept requests for alternate shipping methods. Please be sure to include your Customer ID# within the address as shown below. Your Customer ID# can be found in all corresponding e-mails from African Mango, as well as on the shipping label of the product you received from us.

Returns of damaged product for exchange must be sent to the following address:
